Marlou has been working in the employee benefits field for over 15 years. Before joining 401(k) Advisors, she worked for third party administrators of pension plans. She currently develops and creates the company’s reports mechanizing and automating product efficiencies while maintaining working knowledge of law changes, investment fund products, asset balance, fund/recordkeeping fees, plan documents and plan compliance matters for a smooth transition from development to production of reports.
Marlou is a graduate of Loyola University and holds a BBA in Marketing.
